In beatnik style, sans bongos and snaps

You came here looking for a thrill. Thrill seeker. Desiring some amusement, at an amusement park.
I have equipment, some machinery, just for you.
It will jostle you, invoke head throbs and body pulses. Your stomach might float up. You might lose it- your consciousness, or your latest meal.
Youre looking for exhilaration. Ill help you out. At great speeds and heights. It can make you change direction. It will drop you.
You want to scream. Ill give you just cause.
Fast and tall, itll fulfill both, so well that you might not register whats happening. Intense enough to inhibit you processing the altitude and acceleration. Something roaring and tumultuous, its greater than you- stronger, swifter, and perhaps more purposeful.
Come all in your shirts donning obnoxious phrases, incidentally showing your tattoos with your looming scent that mixes your smoking habit with dripping summer perspiration. Young teens holding each others bodies, all boys with baseball caps and sagging shorts, all girls with short shorts. With your loud cheers, occupied by your anticipation. Youre seeking thrill. I have machinery for you. Ill tell you about it, several times, although you might not listen. Occupied by that anticipation. Or perhaps just blank, lazy, and excitedly dumb due to the summer heat and all your walking. Or possibly just dumb.
Youll travel up 145, down 137 doing 63. Through 119 upside down. I have these numbers to impress you, because a decade and a half ago some engineer or architect or perhaps both, probably wearing glasses, sat down at a big blank sheet years ago with a ruler and envisioned what you are about to experience. Then a company in Switzerland built it, melding the metal, painting the seats, screwing the screws and nailing the nails. It was then purchased for eleven million. Amazing. Go stand in line for 45. Youll ride it for 150. Seconds, that is. Ill make sure youre locked in tight and safe, despite your oblivious efforts to defy me.
Youre seeking a thrill. Youre seeking it from a machine, from metal and chains. Ill help you out.
