you are so beautiful that sometimes when i look at you it makes me wince.
another beautiful thing is to gaze upward when you first awake. just lay there and study the ceiling, the light fixtures and the contours and lines of the walls. some of the time you might not really even be looking at what you see. but you can think and you can exist and there is the wall and you can look at it.
i'm following my bliss, and it's on this spot on the ceiling and it's not contained but it is beautiful, just like your face.
